Collection: 3-in-1 Instant Coffee

What a CafeBank 3-in-1 is

A 3-in-1 stick usually means coffee, creamer and sugar in one sachet. CafeBank's are that, with one thing added: a supercritical CO2 extract of maca and guarana, and of tongkat ali as well in the 20g, blended in with the rest. No ethanol or hexane in the herbal extraction process.

The coffee is single-origin Arabica, roasted and ground in our own Taipei facility, rather than commodity instant bought in by the sack. That is most of why these do not taste like the 3-in-1 sticks in a hotel drawer.

The two sticks

SFE Maca and Guarana Coffee, 10g. Maca and guarana. In 6 and 12 sachet packs.

SFE Tongkat Ali Maca Guarana Coffee, 20g. Maca, guarana and tongkat ali, in a larger sachet. In 8 and 16 sachet packs.

Both go into 150 to 200 ml of hot water and dissolve with a stir. Both contain caffeine, from the coffee and from the guarana seed, and are not recommended for children or pregnant women. Both contain milk from a dairy creamer, so neither is suitable for anyone with a milk allergy or lactose intolerance.

Coffee Tabs are a different format, with no dairy creamer and no added sugar, though they still contain milk as lactose. They are not in this collection. They sit in maca coffee with the rest of the range.
