4. Results: Staphylococcus aureus negative. Salmonella negative. Listeria monocytogenes negative. Ochratoxin A not detected, at a limit of 0.5 µg/kg.
5. Test Methods: All four methods are accredited by Taiwan's Ministry of Health and Welfare (MOHW).
