What it Represents: The report verifies and certifies that the 3-in-1 Instant Coffee is free from detectable levels of mycotoxins (such as Ochratoxin A) and common food preservatives. The analysis ensures that the product meets industry and regulatory safety standards.
What it Certifies:
1. Mycotoxin Residue Analysis:
• Ochratoxin A: Not detected (N.D.) at a detection limit (LOD) of 0.7 ppb (µg/kg).
• Testing Method: High-Performance Liquid Chromatography with Fluorescence Detection (HPLC/FLR) in accordance with MOHW Food No. 1031900979.
2. Preservative Analysis:
• Tested Preservatives: 13 items, including acid preservatives, ester preservatives, and propionic acid.
• Results: No detectable residues (N.D.) for all tested preservatives at a detection limit (LOD) of 0.005 g/kg for most compounds.
• Method Used: HPLC and GC/MS according to Taiwan Food and Drug Administration (TFDA) standards.
3. Phthalate Residue Analysis:
• The product was tested for the presence of 16 phthalate compounds.
• Results: All phthalate compounds were not detected (N.D.) at a detection limit (LOD) of 0.05 ppm (mg/kg).
• Method Used: GC/MS (Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry) following GB/T 21911-2008.
